I don't know what these past reviewers have been smoking, but my service here was excellent. After an absolutely horrendous flying experience (massive delays) from Belfast to Glasgow, an awesome Scot named Stuart and a fast train to Edinburgh Waverly, we got our bag back. We were going to be getting into the train station at 22:52 and they close at 23:00, I called ahead and asked if they could wait. They happily said of course and as they stated I was able to get my bag. 22 pound for Sun-Tues was a great deal for me as we were leaving on a night train to London at 23:40. Thank you Excess Baggage Co, checking the bag would have cost me 46 pound!!

Booked online for luggage storage on New Year's Eve, and pre-paid. When I arrived, at the time I was able to schedule, the place was closed. Went back two days later and explained the situation. Staff member couldn't care less, asked me "what is it you want me to do?" I asked for a refund and he said he couldn't give me one. That i'd need to email the company I booked it with. I booked it with them! Gave me an email address for his boss with was completely wrong, and my email failed to send. Disgraceful.

Brian and Michael were a great help. Friendly and cheeky at the same time. Brian even helped me put my very heavy backpack back on my back. Not that cheap but who cares. You're on holidays and it's easier to put your bag in a storage than wander around with 13kg on your back..

Not resourced properly or managed well enough to deal with predictable busy periods (like Sunday morning). Around 45 minutes in the queue and then 20 minutes for pick up. Doubt they'll be sympathetic if you go over the 3 hour cut off while you're stuck in the line. The people on the desk were rude and abrupt as well. Try to find an alternative- leave the luggage at the hotel or try the lockers at the coach station.

£7.50 per item to leave luggage for a few hours. Ludicrous! What exactly is the money for?
