Been used them for more than 2 years and all is perfect: simple, handy and managed by an efficient team. Tracey and Gill are very helpful throughout whole checkin/out process.nnP.s: the company should pay for Gill’s manicure - same eye catching bright yellow.
They may not be the cheapest. I personally used it for 2 months during my relocation. I don’t store much stuff and service counter helped to find the cheapest option for my needs, which is a big locker. The overall from facility to process is very designed. They would refund if any overpaid direct debit due to payment cycle and your actual rental end date requested. Good.
Our first time using Big Yellow and we were very pleased with how it went.nnGill was very helpful and informative when we arrived to drop off our possessions. We used it for three weeks and the price was very good. Very clean and tidy storage spaces.nnOverall would highly recommend.
Never having used storage before , Tracey helped make the process easy, explained everything fully and clearly in a friendly and professional manner and guided me through the moving in process. Nothing seemed to be a bother and any queries about having to upsize to a larger storage room at a later date were answered fully. Liked the cleanliness and order of the storage area , which looked as though it was well maintained. Even after only 2 visits to Big Yellow at Bankhead, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it . It's 4 stars for now, but only because I've yet to really use the facility.
Very nice storage place, well maintained, no risk of environmental damage to you're property. Additionally, the company is green, having solar panels installed. Used them twice for at least 2.5 years total. The only reason for the loss of 1 star is due to the prices. Very affordable for the first 12 weeks1/2 price offer, then it goes up to full price.
