Brilliant, staff very helpful, good prices, access good, clean and tidy, deliveries can be delivered. Can help with removals and can give access outwith office hours if work restricts you getting to the store. Staff always willing to listen to you and will do their best to resolve the situation, got a great price from them compared to website........would recommend to family and friends..

We live in Texas. My son was about to attend graduate school in Stirling, Scotland. We were bringing two large suitcases with his clothing and supplies for school but also had a suitcase for travel for a week before heading to Stirling. We did not want to lug those two suitcases all over the UK. We checked a bunch of storage options and Big Yellow was by far the most reasonable and had the best facility. We made a reservation, landed in Edinburgh, took a taxi to Big Yellow, checked in very very quickly and efficiently and were on our way. When we got back to Edinburgh a week later we took a bus and walked a short way, retrieved the suitcases (again, super fast and efficient), walked to the tram, and then on the train to Stirling. We got the refund as promised, again fast and efficient. You made what had the potential to be a very stressful situation a total breeze. Thank you!!! You delivered everything just as you promised.
