We moved house from Hertfordshire to Edinburgh. Unfortunately, the move did not go as smoothly as we had hoped and the removal company had also underestimated the size of storage unit needed in Edinburgh. Gordon at SafeStore was absolutely brilliant. He assisted the removal company when they arrived and communicated with us as we were still in Hertfordshire. He was more in control of the move than the removal company we used!! Gordon is a valuable asset to SafeStore at Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh. A true professional with great customer service - thank you for all your help Gordon.

Made welcome as a new customer, paperwork was gone through in detail by Kasia to avoid any misunderstandings which i appreciated, shown our unit and given guidance on the layout and function of the location. All staff could not have been more professional.
Using this storage space for furniture. Kasia in the Fort Kinnaird branch was particularly excellent. The storage container I originally booked was not in an ideal location for what was needing stored and Kasia recognised this and assisted in finding me somewhere more suitable at an excellent price. she was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. A complete asset to the team and put me at ease during a stressful event. So thank you so much : thanks also to Gordon and the call handlers in the call centre for answering questions helpfully. Moving out of the storage facility was also smooth. Kasia was amazing as always and another member of staff was extremely helpful getting me the cart I needed to move. The area manager was present also and was friendly and appeared kind and supportive to his staff. Brilliant branch! Fort's Safe store has great service at a great price. Would highly recommend!
Nice clean storage unit. Good size for my belongings and reasonable priced. The staff at the office were helpful and efficient at dealing with my booking and showing me round.
