Amazing service from start to finish. My wife and I were looking for two different wedding rings. One gold, with channel set diamonds, and an another gold one that needed to go around a large engagement ring. They made a silver mould for both rings to ensure we were happy before progressing. The finished rings are beautiful. The staff are so friendly, they really listened to what we were after and the price was extremely fair for the service given. We would highly recommend excel jewellery. Thank you so much!
Lovely people who listened carefully to what we wanted, made notes, and took no money until they had a plan for the jewelry. They called with the cost, which was good value, and we collected later. Really nice work, fitted well. We had a ring resized and a family heirloom turned into new jewelry, very happy with both.
My christening bangle split after 54 years and I was told by another jeweller it was impossible to fix. Should have went to Excel straight away. Got it back today and I am so thrilled with the result. Not ashamed to say I welled up. Brilliant, friendly service from start, all staff are so obliging. Always such a personal experience buying from the team here. Picking the shape and style of my wife’s engagement ring and then our wedding rings was an easy and we couldn’t be happier with the final product.
Last year we started looking for our wedding rings and just so happened to walk into Excel. Wendy greeted us and we knew straight away that this was the place for us. Without saying much Wendy understood our style and showed us what we wanted before we even explained. We went for a fluid abstract design loosely based on our initials, Emma did a few beautiful designs that we chose from. Our rings fit together when placed on top of each other. I am amazed at how incredible and personable this team are. We picked up our rings this Saturday and we were both so blown away by them. We both can't wait to wear these rings and know that for years to come people will admire the design and skill of them. Thank you so much Excel Jewellery, we are so grateful that you went on this journey with us!
Flawless repair on a gold necklace and for a reasonable price too. I was expecting a lump of some sort where the break was but I had to have it pointed out to me where the repair had happened. Look at the photos I still cannot see where it was fixed Top notch service: I left my jewelery there to be examined by the jeweler and was given a quote a couple of days later and then I got a call to say it was ready to pick up a weekish later. Side note: lovely people.
I have just picked up a repaired ring belatedly and was slightly overwhelmed by the fantastic job they did. What an absolutely perfect service and emotional reunion with my grandfather's ring I thought I would not be able to wear again. Stunning work, genuinely can't even see the repair at all and it's gleaming. Highly recommend to any one. Thank you so much x
The service from start to finish was impeccable. I came in with a customer ring design, was shown gemstones within days and they began making the ring immediately. I gave them a tighter deadline, 2 weeks earlier than I initially asked and they got the ring to me on time. My partner loved it . The craftsmanship and finish on the ring was stunning, exactly what I wanted and more. Thank you so much, I've already recommended them to other people and would recommend them anytime. The genuine excitement and interest shown in the ring made the experience so special. Will be coming again!
Had both our wedding rings made here. Excellent service from start to finish. Staff are very friendly and super helpful. We both had engravings done on the bands - my partners had a sound wave of me saying ‘I do’ on the outside of his and I had his on the inside as I also had a beautiful leafy/swirl design on the outside of mine to keep it elegant with a small stone just for that add of sparkle. Quality and craftsmanship is top I can not fault at all. If your looking for something bespoke and unique I highly recommend them.
Broken diamond ring - after several attempts to get my ring repaired by other jewellers, Excel were recommended to me. Explained ring could not be repaired but they could use the diamonds and gold to make me a new one - actually made me two beautiful diamond rings - white and yellow gold and I love them!! The time and energy that went into helping me decide on the style of rings was very much appreciated - thank you Wendy - and the finished products - amazing talented jewellery maker. Highly recommend Excel - support your local independent business.
