Amazing staff. Very understandable and empathetic when I was worried about my pet. They checked him over gave me options on ways of treating with the best possible affect also they didn't try to sell me the most expensive treatment option they actually tried getting treatment cost down in anyway they could. Absolutely amazing, they treat your animals as their own with love and kindness. Will never go anywhere else and this practise has my 100% trust. I have a total of 3 dogs, 1 cat, 6 guinea pigs and all use this service without a shadow of a doubt.
It’s a friendly and clean practice with a team of Veterinarian surgeons and nurses with ancillary staff who undertake the other tasks needed. I have only had good experiences with this team and absolutely no complaints. Professional throughout with excellent customer service. I’ve rated them as 4 stars but really wanted 4.5 stars.
Without a doubt the most caring professional Vets ever. All the staff and vets are superb, from the lovely receptionists to the Nurses and Groomers....... Girl Power i guess
Very friendly staff and never had any issues with payment always got it direct from my insurance and caught my dog heart problems early so there ok in my book
Been using these vets for years with every animal I've had. They're fantastic and patient. You don't feel rushed or stupid in your appointments for asking questions or having concerns. I now have 2 rescue dogs from Romania and I wouldn't take them anywhere else because the team are making a conscious effort to get to know all of the issues that foreign animals can come over with and carry so I feel like my pups are always going to get the best health
I have used this practice since we moved here two years ago. Although they are a bit more expensive, so I'm told, the treatment my pets have received is second to none. The whole team are kind and so professional. Two of my girls needed emergency operations this year and both times the ladies handled the situation brilliantly. Vets are a necessity if you have pets and I'm happy to say I will continue to use the service these ladies provide. I really can't thank them enough.
Great caring staff! Very friendly and professional from start to finish.
Cared for 3 of our dogs, wouldn't use another vets. The service here has always been excellent, all about the animals not money. Through lockdown they were brilliant also.
Fantastic service from people who genuinely love animals and care about your pets as much as you do. After a bad experience at a different vet we took our Boxer to Evo with healing problems from eye surgery, The staff at Evo did a fantastic job and as such we now travel to them for all of our veterinary needs.
