Lovely Vets! Good experience and not too expensive. Was my first time taking my dog's here, all staff were so lovely keeping me updated throughout the whole day of my dog's surgery, couldn't ask for more. They were in good hands. Thank you :-
A great team providing first class service. They ran through everything with us to ensure we were happy and took great care of our kitten when he went in for his procedure, making such a fuss of him when he arrived, lots of snuggles. Highly recommend
Excellent Service with Wildbore Vetstop. The vet was excellent with our little dog, Zaisy. She listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. We have now got both our dogs sorted with there flea and worming treatment giving us peace of mind. She showed compassion towards both our dogs and we couldn't be happier with the service our dogs received putting our minds at ease and both our dogs left the vets happy. Thank you Wildbore Zeus and Zaisy Janice Walker/ Amanda Jones
on saturday night, my epileptic cane corso, Rayne, suffered multiple seizures which couldn’t be controlled at home. he was then taken to the emergency vets vets now which wasn’t a positive experience, me and my family was told to euthanise our boy multiple times as they had given up on him. 8am monday morning we transferred him up to wildbore and the care he received is unbelievable. alice, gemma and jesse have been absolutely amazing with Rayne and treated him with so much love. they never gave up on him. within 3 days of being in wildbores care, i brought a healthy dog home that is now back to his normal, crazy self. we cannot recommend wildbore vets more for believing in Rayne.
Always kind & caring at the practise. Same day visit arranged & the very best attention given as usual.
Fantastic vets! They were a huge help when my dog Betsey had to have emergency surgery. She was well looked after overnight and during checkups after her surgery.
This has been our vets since we got our first dog 12 years ago. The staff are always friendly and helpful and always use my pets name and make a fuss of all my dogs when we visit.
Excellent service. We recently lost our dog and they were so sympathetic and kind to us. We were given as much time as we needed with him, the whole experience was treated with sensitivity.
It's with a heavy heart that I feel the need to write this review. I'm really not somebody that wants to leave negative feedback, but I do believe in honesty. I recently used Wildbore to treat my dog, who had a really large swelling / lump around his throat area, which was quite concerning. Our initial visit was fine and the vet acted quickly to take a sample from the lump the same day. I was told results would be back in 7 days and someone would call, but if I didn't hear anything to ring the vet directly. All this is fine, no problem. The swelling increased over the course of the week, so on the 6th day I called the vets to see if the results were back. I was told they were in, and I would get a call back. At around 6pm that day, I hadn't heard anything further, so I called again to see if someone could help. I was told the call back I was expecting hadn't been specified to be the same day.... Okay then...maybe it would have been good to let me know that when I called earlier. The next day at 4pm, I did receive a call but was unable to answer as I was in a work meeting. I listened to the voice message at 4.10pm which stated to call the vet back I won't mention names to be fair to the vets so we can have a chat about the results. So I did call back at around 4:11pm to be told that the vet that left the message at 4pm had actually finished work at 4pm. So...they leave a message asking to call back, knowing they won't be there? Okay? I asked if there was anybody else that could tell me what the test results were, but was told nobody was available and that someone will call me the next day. The next day comes and no call by 2pm, so I call again, asking if someone could tell me about the test results, given it's now 8 days and the situation is worse by now the swelling was seeping through my dogs fur with discharge and blood. I was told I was on the call list but nobody was available at the moment. 6pm comes again and still nothing, so once again, I call myself asking if someone can just tell me what the results are so we can get treatment. This time I'm told that the vet that initially left the voice message wasn't working and that they'll be in the next day. Once again, I ask if anybody else can just tell me what the situation is rather than waiting another day for a call that has never come my way. Everyone was busy. At this point, I'm a little bit at the end of my tether and I'm told that if I book an appointment, I will be able to come in and discuss the results. So I do. For the next day. All I needed was someone to let me know over the phone what was wrong with my dog. That was it. Instead, I had to book an appointment, get charged for the consultation and just be left with a really sour taste from the experience. The vet who I did see at the appointment was apologetic, and I do appreciate that, but honestly....it wasn't a good experience. I'm sure the team were busy. I'm sure there was no malice. But come on. The dog is fine we think. The swelling actually burst. Maybe if we'd been able to find out what was wrong faster, we could avoided the dog going through that.
Friendly and very professional staff. Always put you at ease. Very caring with the animals.
