Is it possible to give no stars? Shame!  Practice manager appalling. Very rude and extremely unhelpful. My dog has been under their care for cancer treatment.... There are missing x-rays,  a tissue sample from the 21St of December which we were never given the results of,  incomplete swab testing..... The list goes on.  My current vet has threatened this practice with reporting them to the RCVS.  This morning my dog is having CT scans and her original x-rays are needed urgently.... This vet is avoiding giving them to us at all costs... Cover up??!

Excellent treatment, vets very pleasant and patient in their treatment of pet and owner! My dog was taken ill mid afternoon and I was able to get an appointment within two hours. Would readily recommended.

Good day... the vet I saw was very good well mannered and did his job professionally...  reception is another matter. Amateurs..  comes to mind.
They need to be more professional for the price they charge.. very expensive
Not a good way to get new customers
It's all about the money... although I can't blame the vet...

I've gone to this vets for many years, I saw the same vet for my dog in the last year of her life we almost lived here they were very good with her, (two years ago) I recently had to take my cat and I was I was very disappointed with the service from the vet & staff, suggesting I needed unessesary tests that were going to cost a lot, I knew it wasn't good when one of the first things she asked were are you insured! (I'm assuming they've changed hands) I'll be looking for another vets!
