Alfie was having issues going to the toilet and as a result of this we took him to the pet vet to find out what the problem was. We found out he had a perineal hernia so he would need surgery to fix that and a castration. The following week Alfie had his procedure and to say we were worried was an understatement but all the team made us feel totally safe and assured us throughout the whole day by keeping us updated. Fast forward two weeks and Alfie is back to his normal happy self with special thanks to the aftercare team who have gone above and beyond fitting him in for extra appointments. Thank you very much, Alfie will miss seeing you all!
When my almost 3 month old kitten suddenly became lethargic and floppy The Pet Vet saw us within the hour! Laura and Sam went above and beyond looking after Sam Jamwich and helping with the insurance claim, getting it approved while we were still there. Thank you so much for your work and how much you care.nI highly recommend The Pet Vet Doncaster, all the staff are friendly, helpful and care about the animals
The vet practice has a friendly reception. Spotlessly clean. The staff are thorough and professional and very caring. The vets are approachable and explain in a way you will understand. Never saying what to do but general advice and leaving it to the owners decision. I would say all visits make me feel confident with my pets health.
Recently had my dogs in for spaying and was a quality service they gave us regular updates and new my 2 frenchies personalities really well and the staff were really caring towards my dogs, these two cuties Luna and Bindi are our babies and staff at the pet vet know their personalities very well!
