The service and delivery was excellent. Good customer service. As a long time member of Europcar, this branch is uniquely excellent. I would recommend this branch any day!

Eurocar provided me with a courtesy can while my renault zoe, electric was in the shop being fixed. The first car they give me was massive like a tank compared to my little zoe, I used it 3 times and had to stop because it was too low for me to drive because I am disabled with a bad back, they came with another car which wad a bit better but on the day I had the other car Europcar tried to take £33 out of my bank account without telling me, good job I didn't have enough money in my bank. I am not a happy customer

Easy last minute booking for a week's car rental. Easy location and easy to book and pay online. Collection and drop off made clear and easy by the gentleman on site.

I'm actually in a dispute with yourselves at the moment . You have taken extra money from me for fuel to start it was 303 miles when I dropped it off it was 319 but you sent me the pictures of when you dropped it off and said I didnt fill the car. That's fraudulent and I wont stop untill I get my money back. Its absolutely   disgusting what you have done.

Not complicated to get the vehicle and mo hassle when returning. Highly recommended. I have used various other companies but europcar has always been the best compamy to use.

great cars usually have them dropped off to home and picked back up  did have one car have some technical issues  but they swapped it for another car I liked the Passat so much I'm tempted to purchase one

We hired a car stress free booking  when we turned up it was book in in the office and a way we went really happy with the service

Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. Made aware numerous times of a premium charge if hire car came back with less fuel! Turned up 90 minutes after agreed time with a couldn’t care less attitude of so what if you got the car late! Car was dropped off three days later with extra fuel of 102 miles range. The £50 charges was then reversed couple of days after car was returned. Eight days later they take just under £39 out of my account. This Is THEFT. I would seriously consider giving this company a wide berth, obviously got no integrity in who they attempt to steal money from.

Rubbish,been on hold for 15min,then get cut off ,what’s the point of having a business
