Hired a van for 24 hrs. Very friendly owner and staff. Old van but reliable and does the job. Considering the price is comparatively cheap, overall I was happy with the service.

Very disappointed with the van I hired, didn't want to start first time inside was dirty and trashed. Not nice to drive felt like it was going to tip over when turning a bend. Tried charge of me £50 for half hour getting back to them late, then threatened me with a ccj and leave the van in my name and hire it out to someone else very unhappy service WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN

Absolutely terrible attitude from members of staff. Got threatened with a ccj because van was back 10 minutes late even though rental didn't commence until after time stated. No paperwork was given. Man said he would keep the rental going then rent it out again and male us liable for costs.
