Having hired from Newport on previous occasions, all members of staff are very welcoming, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable and the whole process is extremely efficient and painless. I did the booking on the phone to request a wider selection of vehicles as another company had recently palmed me off with what would be regarded an inferior vehicle in the hiring class. On this occasion, it worked out well with a good selection to choose from on the day. I enjoyed the vehicle and extended the hire (again, painlessly!) after the initial period and will be hiring again in the next few weeks.

Branch manager with a beard and Dan Tom and ray these guys are called pathetic employees, they haven’t got a clue and over priced . Charged my 80 year old father with out telling him disgusting it was hundreds no explanation given these boys need to be sacked for the good of the company they are letting you guys down and giving you a bad name in the Newport area. THEY MUST BE CHARGING OTHER PEOPLE LIKE THIS ASWELL ITS WRONG AND ILLEGAL! There known as cowboys. Thankfully got the refund I hope the national manger reads this and puts a stop to it . Otherwise your customers will go to thrifty or Europcar who are both fantastic !!!!!!

Car hadn't been cleaned and extended hire for 3 more days which cost me twice what I payed for a week hire.

Truly excellent service. Van I rented was perfect for the job. Rental price was competitive. I will definitely be using these again!
