In branch staff were very helpful once the car(s) had been booked on line.
The pick you up service was fantastic.

The small compact car we had booked was not available, so they substituted an 8 person people carrier. Normally a size upgrade is appreciated, but this monster consumed double the fuel that we had budgeted for on our long journey. No matter it was a fab vehicle

I suggest that you book online, don't go into a branch thinking its easy to book in branch. However, once booked online, the service is fantastic.

I had someone pull out on me and damage my car, my insurance put me on a contract hire with Enterprise, no hassle 31 days car hire at no cost to me. No issues over the length of the hire and was a real life saver, 100% recommend them if in need of a hassle free car or van hire.

Service was polite and courteous. The only let down was having to wait an extra hour before being collected. Which made me an hour late for work. Not such a big deal, just a bit inconvenient.

Great process but beware of excess insurance. Buy online as wanted to charge more to reduce excess to 250 than was to rent van. Buy excess insurance online for fraction of the cost and it reduces the excess to zero.
