Excellent service from the branch manage Vidura. He was very polite, professional and well mannered! Hats off to you Vidura as not many managers would have those qualities.
Awful customer service, this should be the screwfix for car parts. Turned up once to collect, queue of two people, one serving, gave up after twenty minutes. Currently waiting for order for ten minutes, no service, rung Bell five times. Doesn't help that I can hear three people in the office behind the counter gas bagging instead of working.
Extremely helpful staff and they usually have everything I need- if not then it’s ordered in and doesn’t take long
