Bought an ottoman bed, headboard and mattress from Beds Are Uzzz in Maidenhead. I did try the bed out in the store but when I slept on it I did feel it really too firm. So I called the store. Their guy collected the mattress that morning and I went to the store to see if I could get something less firm. 

They had one that was right for me and delivered it to me within a couple of hours. It was admittedly slightly cheaper but I totally agreed that because I should have chosen right the first time. Nevertherless when they delivered and installed the replacement they threw in a mattress protector.

That's what I call service.
