I visited the store on Friday 16th around lunch time looking for a pair of shoes for my sons engagement party, I found the perfect pair which matched my outfit perfectly, but not in my size. I went to the customer service desk and asked if there was a possibility they had my size, a staff member was called form the shoe department who went above and beyond to help me, after a lot of searching found me a pair in my size. Just wanted to say a big thank you for her help, just wished I knew her name but she knows who she is, so thank you again for your help.

The store is fine as I have no issues with that. However, the cafe let me down and did not live upto my expectations. Not all of the staff are friendly (may just be towards outsiders or non locals) and come across rude from time to time (I've ate there several times), the price you pay in comparison to the quality is shocking, although I have had nice fish from there. I won't be eating there again as I will only be dissatisfied with my overall experience again.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Well stocked supermarket. Great cake counter with some very tasty posh looking cakes (strawberry tarts, raspberry n lemon tarts, chocolate truffle mice etc) also some nice posh biscuits too - something for everyone!

Nice store, good range of items. Very helpful and friendly staff. Free parking and a little cafe on site.
