clean tidy and friendly staff got a costa and fuelled up happy little fella from there smiles all round
Hoover machine wasn't working and I put two £1 coins in as i needed a goid 2mins and the man refused to give me more the £1 back, I argued this as you could see from the window I was on 1min 40secs and he still refused. I asked for a manager was told no after me refusing to move on principle at this point he called his manager who agreed to give me my money back, he took it out the till and threw it at me, absolutely disgusting his attitude was unacceptable never go there again

Excellent service lovely cup of coffee and reasonable prised fuel but esso at burntwood is cheaper
I was there yesterday. I had problem to refuel the car. I went to the guy who worked there asked about help. He was very rude and said is something wrong with my car. My car was alright just I didn't put the refueling gun correctly. Very disappointing service.
