Vile people that leech off the backs of innocent people, they have done nothing but lie to my family and scratch their arses while we begged for help that they said they would provide. Lazy, inconsiderate, rude and useless The fact years of my families life has gone to waste to expand their wages and fuel their egos sickens me. They deserve to rot for what they've done to the people of harlow.
Since covid harlow council have let themselves & their tenants down appallingly ! Everyone in the country is back to normal, except harlow council, if the office staff no longer want to work in situ then they should be sacked & new competent workers employed, then perhaps Harlow can get back to providing a good service ! Shameful neglect of their duties sadly
To think we all pay council tax every month for this, and I have never dealt with any one less helpful than Harlow council.

Why have the council changed the automatic payment service? It is now more complicated and takes double the time, and it doesn’t now tell you what your balance is at the end of the transaction. So basically it takes longer to do and gives you less information. Very annoying. Really not understanding why you would change something that worked better in the first place. Not impressed.
The rubbish and recycling at my daughters house 1 Green Hills has not been collected for over 6 weeks, she rang the council and was told to take it to the tip, Veolia just drive past what is now 3 bins overflowing and several bags ! What can be done? My daughter suffers with mental health and can’t confront the binmen
They're absolute waste of my council tax money. Worst service ever
These people at the Harlow judge you if you don't know English very well. They can share your personal information don't trust them about your phone. If you think your information shared by other people go Council, because if you don't tell anyone no one explain you anything.
I am new in Harlow I called 3 times Harlow council but I find them very helpful so I will rate them good sometimes it's not easy to work in council as I have some experience working in council building so good job by Harlow council
In most cases staff are polite and helpful sometimes they are very busy so you have a wait and they want to process your enquiry asap but mostly very helpful and polite
