It's like Harlow council found the most uncaring, laziest and rudest of people known to man and then employed them! (With the exception of some) Most of the genuinely do not care that you and your children are living in a mould ridden home, and that your children have been hospitalised due to mould exposure. Awful people with zero empathy!

terrible service they don't listen to you and treat you like scum. The worst people I have ever dealt with in my life.

It is a shame that the opening hours are so limited and not suitable for people who work. The lack of a post box to use when they are closed also limits the user experience.

It is now 4.12AM and not for the first time I am up all through the night because this 'organisation' (for want of a better word) thinks it is acceptable to do road works near houses during the night. They were doing it last week and I was so shattered I actually felt ill, and they are doing it this week too. I'm shocked that someone actually sat around a meeting table and thought that it was a good idea. It also happened months ago when the mini roundabout was done. We shouldn't have to put up with this once, let alone this often.
