Having become unable to work after 35 years I was very apprehensive about attending Harlow Jobcenter. I found the people I spoke to very helpful and sympathetic to my situation. Thank you Harlow Jobcenter for your advice a d guidance at a difficult time.
Staff are rude unhelpful and speak to you like dirt.
Don't answer the calls and if you want a problem sorted then don't bother because they just hang up on you
The automated phone system is useless and expensive. The customer service/first contact staff are unsympathetic and offensive. Saying that once you're in the system and have an adviser and their contact details they couldn't be more helpful
Helpful staff there to sort out your problems. Don't bury your head and get stressed out talk to them and they will sort it out
All the workers in there are mugs and think everyone are all poor and worthless. No one use this place.
Shame I cant give zero stars, the number is automated and the advisers are robotic sheep
