The most unhelpful man behind the desk at Bicester police. Rude, unprofessional and with a massive attitude problem. I doubt he's a police officer as the few I've encountered from Bicester police are generally lovely . Luckily after a rude 1st meeting I managed to record our second conversation. Clearly hates the job and that comes through in his unhelpful demeanour. Raising a formal complaint this time and luckily have the recorded evidence to back it up. As a first port of call I think somebody like that does not help the community/ police relationship and would strongly urge the police to send him on further training on how to deal with the public or educate him in conflict management.
