Last year I sent Christmas cards, 3 in one envelope which I had weighed and measured at my local post office. I duly applied the correct postage. They never arrived. They were addressed to Church Langley. This year I posted the three card separately. One arrived two days later. The other two have never turned up. Since my other friends all received their Christmas cards, I have come to the conclusion that the problem must lie at Harlow. .

Very rude staff and rampant upselling, it is not morally right to confuse the elderly into purchasing broadband and TV packages when they have only visited to post a letter.
