I don’t remember the gentleman’s name, Jamie possibly. An absolute lifesaver! I tangled my necklace and went to multiple different shops who were unable to help and he was able to fix it in an instant! Extremely friendly as well as the rest of the team and I finished the visit off with a purchase also. Will definitely be back and recommending to friends and family. Thank you again!

I visted the store in bullring birmingham, Jas was very helpful . She helped chose the perfect watch , which was a gift for my wife. Which my wife was really pleased with. 5 stars plus for her service.
Bought few items last year in Oxford , loved the services, but in Birmingham I saw only dirty old tables and indifferent stuff. The place doesn’t give the vibes of luxurious shopping, even though people are supposed to spend hundreds and thousands of pounds
