I dealt with Lesley Dixon your Zen Rep. I ordered 20,000 letter heads At a cost of £700. When i reordered the price was then £960 but know one at Zen mentioned the price increase until after delivery. This was a similar case with all your products. Zen told me i was at fault for not asking! I only tend to deal with trustworthy companies who are honest. Zen tend to send a 50p box of chocolates with most delivery's to pacify the person who makes the order. In a smaller business the ordering is sometimes done buy the person paying the invoice,on that occasion i would prefer that you didnt inflate your quote by £260 without notification. Lesley informed Me that the price of paper had gone up but unfortunately it was after delivery. Gold plated paper? Sarah K in sales still calls once a quarter to win my business so i hope this clarify s my legitimacy. Why has your response been removed?

I work here ! A smashing place full of lovely people. Couldn't wish for a nicer place. However someone stole my stapler the other day and not returned it. I haven't knocked a star off for this as when I find the culprit I'll be pinching their hole punch.

We have been using Zen Office for years and never had any problems. Quality items and fast delivery!

Dealt with Zen for a number of years. They offer great products, a good service which includes next day delivery and a great sales staff with competitive prices.
