Just want to start by saying Thankyou! , Buying a second hand car can always be a bit scary as you never know what you will be getting. From start to finish Marc was amazing! He gave me great honest advice about px on my old car which showed me how honest/genuine he is. His customer service and handling of me and my partners 1001 questions was just what we needed, very happy with our purchase, the car is exactly as described on the listing unlike other "dealerships" we wasted time on before coming here. Thankyou again! Would fully recommend coming to Epsom Specialist Cars Ltd
Fantastic service from Marc. Bought a car from him which was delivered to my home free of charge but unfortunately a strange noise started just 1 week after having it. Followed exactly what Marc said regarding the warranty and contacted him immediately. Knowing I was alone with two young children, Marc came to my home, picked up the car and took it to a mechanic. A used car is a used car and sometimes things can go wrong. It’s how the dealer deals with the situation that matters and Marc has been really great. Would recommend him to friends and family.
Recently bought a 2015 volvo v40 off Marc and i couldn't be happier with my decision, The car is in great physical and mechanical condition. Marc was great throughout the sales process and even when he couldn't be there at the only time i could view he arranged someone else to be there to show me around the car and let me test drive. I flagged i got a brief low battery message on the dash and Marc assured me he would buy me a new battery straight away. Great guy, Great business, and would definitely send friends and family to him. Thank you Marc
Unfortunately, I had to go through the process of buying a car recently. I never find this the easiest time, as I am sent a multitude of options from friends and family. I stuck to my guns however and bought something familiar, and Marc assisted me through that process. The price I paid and negotiation was very fair- his frankness and down-to-earth character also played a part. The customer care was excellent- both in negotiation, following sale, and even with a minor fault a month on. A highly recommended trader who will look after you.
From arranging an appointment, to driving away in our new car, Marc couldn't have been more helpful. He's clearly a genuinely nice chap that loves his business! Cheers Marc, I'm loving the Mazda!
Great car purchased from Marc of Epsom Specialist Cars. Exceptional Service and such a knowledgeable guy who is polite, honest and very helpful!! Visit Marc and make your own mind up, dont be swayed by other reviews, I've found his cars as described and very fairly priced , would not hesitate to buy from here again!!
STAY FAR AWAY! This place is fully of dodgy salesmen and the owner, Marc, is a completely fraudster. He attempted to sell me a car that was “fine” but it was the complete opposite. When I challenged him, he decided to lie and make it seem like I knew nothing about cars and I should just “trust” him. Do not buy anything from this place!!
Avoid this trader at all costs. The owner of this business recently sold me a car which stopped working just two weeks later. He fraudulently advertised and sold the car as one that was in normal working condition. However when the car stopped working, he refused to offer any solution or support. He sold me a car which was unroadworthy and yet led me to believe there were no serious problems with it. His dishonest practices pose a danger to the public. He is no different from the rogue traders that you see on the news and is willing to put your safety at risk so long as he continues to profit off of worthless goods. If you have had a bad experience or been sold a car which was not as described by the trader, feel free to respond or leave a review and I’d be happy to advise you on what you can do to report his actions or take legal proceedings against him. You may be able to take several actions against this business to hold him accountable by law.
Great place to purchase your car, I was extremely impressed by Marc and his attentiveness and professionalism, I could honestly say I would have no hesitation in recommending buying a car from him, I suggest you ignore the negative reviews written about this business and judge it for yourself, there’s always two sides to negative reviews. My purchase was a Volvo V70 which having now had for around 4 weeks or more has been exactly as described and am very happy buying it from Marc, he had to come down to my local area to purchase a car and personally delivered the Volvo to me, nothing was too much trouble for this Car sales business and would add again - good honest helpful and knowledgeable Car Sales Business 10/10 Thanks Marc
