These guys need to get a clock that works. If the wait time is realistically 45 minutes, don't quote 5-10 minutes! Disrespectful to its customers so will not be using these guys again.

Not a reliable service as they charges are not transparent nor are the drivers safe to deal with if one has an issue with fare charges. The owner sherks responsibility and is rude.

I've been using Manor cars since I moved to Ewell 8 years ago & they've never disappointed me. If I have any queries the staff in the office are always honest and happy to help. You do get the select few bad drivers that worsen the reputation of the company however I still don't think you can get any better. Prices are reasonable. Drivers are prompt and office staff are top notch. All in all I'm a very loyal and satisfied customer.

I am very disappointed with this service. I asked for a return journey by picking the nanny from home and get my kids from school and bring them back home. The driver left the nanny at school and decided to leave. I have called to ask them to send another driver but they refused saying that I booked only for one way. I do not recommend this service for busy mothers.

So we booked a cab the night before for 7.30am the next day. At 7am they call us and cancelled. This has happened 3 times now so we will never book with them again. We now use clock tower cabs. I don't know how they got a head office at Ewell West train station. It should be taken away from them. One of the controllers is so rude and just doesn't care about customers.
