The service at this heswall enterprise was amazing! First we had Liam help us out of his hours to sort us out with an issue we had on the website, he was so friendly and responded quickly! Then Antony helped us out on arrival to get the van hire sorted, he was so kind and answered all our questions and offered us some biscuits! Ashleigh sorted us out on return and she was really sweet as well & Lib helped us check out the van and made sure everything was ok for us. Overall, 10/10 customer service from this group of staff. Would be happy to see them at the front desk whenever we next need a van hire!

I can honestly say, the team at Heswall enterprise are simply brilliant. I have been using their services on and off since they opened the branch and the customer experience, reliability, responsiveness and overall friendliness is simply great! Highly recommend this branch for short or medium hires. A great cohesive and amazing team! Thank you once again guys for a great hire experience!

Liam and the others in the branch were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. They didn't have the van I needed, but they went all the way to Chester to pick me one up - at very late notice. They gave me excellent advice and were very reassuring, as I had not driven a Luton Tail lift for a year and was a bit stressed and nervous. I could not have asked for better service! It was safe leaving my car there and it was an easy place to find. I will definitely be going back to the Heswall branch when I next need a van. You get what you pay for!

We had a great experience with Enterprise Heswall, especially thanks to Ashleigh. From start to finish, she made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Our rental was due to an accident from an insurance claim. We were feeling quite anxious at the time, but Ashleigh was so calm, patient, and reassuring — she genuinely went above and beyond to help us feel at ease.nnHer professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out, and it made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. Great customer service from this branch. Liam got me sorted with the car quickly and returned it just as easily helped by Ashleigh. A little disappointed I couldn’t hire a premium  car due to not owning a credit card which is required to pay the deposit on a premium car, even though Enterprise don’t tell you this when you pay for the initial rental which allows you to pay with a Debit card. However I was offered enhanced protection to lower insurance excess rather than refund due to getting a “lesser” car, which was more than fair and 10% off a future rental
