Following a breakdown whilst towing a caravan we had a replacement car arranged through Europcar. We dealt with Simon who has been absolutely fantastic throughout, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went out of his way to help us through a very difficult time. Europcar should count themselves very lucky to have an employee like Simon. Thank you Simon you’re fantastic 👍🏻 Nick and Wendy from the xtrail and the breakdown wagon that broke down on the field😄

Company is a disgrace. My car broke down and Barclays Insurance arranged a hire car for me to take my sister to hospital for urgent tests (which was free as part of my insurance). Europcar rang me 1 hour before I was due to pick the car up from them to say they "had no cars available; the whole fleet was booked out" and they couldn't help. I subsequently tried to book a car online from them and they had 26 vehicles available for hire at the time I needed it. They apparently "reserve" their cars for "higher paying customers". Had to cancel my sister's hospital appointment and re-arrange. Disgusted!!!
