Never seem to hire any vans out as they're all parked up down in New Brighton ruining the view.. oh that's because of a petty stand off with the council because the company couldn't get their own way with some land they wanted.
This company has resorted to parking vans all down New Brighton promenade. They have shown very little care and safety for the local community. This is absolutely shocking behaviour.
Disgraceful company who have no sense of public duty or decency, who made £47 million profit in the last year but park over 100 of their vans in a public beauty spot for several months, in complete disregard for the people of Wallasey where they base their business. All because the council won't sell them a green field site to park on. Good for the council. Personally, I'd rather use a company who respect their neighbours more.
Don't use this company. Dumping van stock all along the New Brighton sea front disrupting the area, all over spitting their dummy out about being refused sale of land. They also dump stock down random roads around Wallasey Village disrupting residents where parking is already scarce. Hired once off them around 6 years ago before all this and can confidently say the service was not good either. Staff were rude at the time and very dismissive which is why we never used them again.
It’s really disgraceful what they are doing down at New Brighton, parking vans up absolutely everywhere. I went there on a miserable Wednesday afternoon and couldn’t find anywhere to park. What will it be like in the summer? They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves!
They have dozens and dozens of vans parked all along a beautiful promenade which are an eyesore and also stopping visitors and locals parking there ti enjoy the seaside. These have been here since last autumn or more.
Selfish, inconsiderate and greedy operation with rude , obnoxious, arrogant staff. To park 100 + vans on New Brighton seafront and blocking it for everyone else speaks volumes about West Wallesey selfish and inconsiderate, poor bad business practices. Appalling management. Do not use.
Oh, where do I even begin with West Wallasey Van Hire? Let's talk about their stunning contribution to the picturesque seaside ambiance: 200 vans squatting on the promenade like unwanted guests at a beach party. First off, kudos to them for their innovative approach to urban blight. Who needs ocean views when you can have a wall of metal monstrosities blocking the sun and stealing the horizon? Forget about romantic strolls along the beach; now you can enjoy the soothing hum of diesel engines and the sweet aroma of exhaust fumes. And don't get me started on their customer service. Clearly, the folks at West Wallasey are experts in the art of alienating residents and tourists alike. Who wouldn't want to spend their vacation dodging vans and playing real-life Frogger just to get to the water? So, if you're in the market for a company that specializes in turning idyllic seaside towns into urban nightmares, look no further than West Wallasey . They'll park their way into your heart, whether you like it or not.
West Wallasey Van Tired I rearranged this poem after learning Apparently the council ignored their yearning and the intent was meant to put a dent in them... Not the local folks They took a stand and had to annoy To deploy their point Where else they gonna park? If they rejected their request? These folks are just doin their best And have since I've heard succeeded In the struggle they once pleaded So my apologies for sticking my nose in I get it now I support those fighting for what is right Even if it doesn't appear to turn on that light at first I'm glad you got it resolved Good luck!
Don't use this company. Dumping van stock all along the New Brighton sea front disrupting the area, removing potential trade for local businesses and inconveniencing local residents and visitors to the area. Shows the sort of scummy individuals running this company are unlikely to have any concern or respect for their customers, I wouldn't risk using a company like this and it sounds like they have a lot of unhappy customers too. They also reported a profit of £71m last year.
