Very disappointing experience and one I would strongly caution others about.nnThe vehicle was handed over soaking wet, having just come out of the wash bay. Because of this, it was impossible to properly inspect the exterior condition at collection. No extra time or guidance was given to check the vehicle thoroughly.nnOn return, I was then challenged over alleged damage to a tyre sidewall. This is something that could not reasonably have been identified at handover given the condition the vehicle was supplied in. It felt unfair and poorly handled.nnLesson learned: do not rely on a quick walk around. If you hire from here, you need to assume full responsibility for identifying every possible issue yourself. That means checking all bodywork and every tyre sidewall, and being especially cautious if the vehicle is wet or freshly washed.nnI had intended to use Enterprise regularly for a new business, with multiple bookings planned. After this experience, I have no confidence moving forward and will be taking my business elsewhere.nnThis situation was entirely avoidable with better handover practices and transparency.nnPhotos attached of the damage I missed on my walk around - virtually impossible to see when the wheel is soaking wet.

Online booking was clear and easy. At the Birkenhead branch I was dealt with by Abs. He was polite and outgoing. He knew the vehicle which was handy as it was way more 'techy' than anything I had driven previously. He took time to explain all the vehicle features and answered all of my questions clearly. All in all a great experience. Abs was a credit to himself and to Enterprise. Returning the vehicle was also seamless, I was dealt with by Steve who was also excellent.

Absolutely amazing service!nnI received a car through my insurance while mine was being repaired, and the whole experience was seamless. The team were incredibly friendly, professional, and have been happy to help with anything I have needed. A special thank you to Mia and Abs who went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free.nnHighly recommend!

Got a car through insurance whilst car was being repaired.nVery obliging, offered one car but when realised it may be too big for drive and other cars they offered another smaller one.nService was good and explained everything.nI did take photos before leaving with car couple of marks on car incase any issues when returned, but all was fine.

Booked a vauxhall corsa but was asked if i would have a bigger car for no extra cost . I was given a Mazda CX-5 . Abs  customer service  showed me round the car and showed me any faults with it . Then he showed me the interior and went through everything from how to start the car to the navigation system . Abs was brilliant as i had said i hadnt driven an SUV like the Mazda . He went through everything with me and his customer service is fantastic . The car itswlf i fell in love with and now im actually saving to buy one . I returned the car after a couple of days . It was inspected and all was ok and the deposit was returned . So once again thanks to Abs for making the experience so much easier
