We rented a 5-seater car and had a great experience overall. The pickup and return process was smooth and hassle-free. The only minor inconvenience was the strict requirement to return the car before 6 PM. Apart from that, everything went well, and we had no issues with the rental.

Booked van online Friday evening for a Sunday use. Turned up and was seen to straight away. Impressive 75 plate van which was clean, reverse camera, and easy to drive.nnStaff went through everything quickly but thoroughly and we were off on our way after that.nnReturned back, quick check by staff and deposit returned to account that evening.nnIf I need to rent a car/van again I’m definitely checking these out first, thanks guys.

I had a hire car through my insurance from the Enterprise branch on Sealand Road, Chester, and my experience was 10/10.nnUnfortunately, I didn't get the name of the gentleman who picked me up from my home to collect the car, but he was very professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy.nnI didn't receive a like-for-like replacement, as my own car is a Mercedes C220 Coupe and the hire car was an SUV. It was a bit bigger than I would normally choose, but it was clean, comfortable, and did the job.nnAfter two days, I returned the car and Todd kindly gave me a lift home. He was also very professional, friendly, and a credit to the branch.nnOverall, great customer service from everyone I dealt with. A big thank you to the team!

Mr Branch Manager Please READ HEREnHired a car to get my little one about for 5 days easy process hiring also massive shout out to Todd who was super friendly when giving the car back. Genuinely great with customers his friendly nature needs recognition. Clearly in the right job and finds pride in his work. Whilst may I add dealing with an interviewee which I could also see he was fantastic with her. Names Leah definitely hire her. Lovely friendly face and a people person! Quick handover had my kids in the car so very handy highly recommend enterprise Chester. Although you lot make it very difficult to make a compliment feels silly sending a compliment to the complaint team but hopefully the branch manager sees this instead. Todd = legend Leah = legend in training.nGreat car was clean reliable though I was nervous I was driving it like it was my own within an hour. Right size fit everything in I needed with me. Hire your car here you won't be disappointed :

We hired a small van through the website to pick up from Chester and drop off at Leeds.nOn the morning of pickup, 17th July, we were asked if a large hatchback would acceptable which it was as we were only transporting campervan accessories. The service was first rate. The female member of staff who dealt with us was friendly and gave us a thorough explanation of the car and it's operation. I'm sorry I can't remember her name.nThank you Chester.
