Enterprise Chester is absolutely superb. Their customer service is exceptional and they always go out of their way to make sure you have exactly what you need. They are also very good at last minute requests and always manage to get me sorted. I have tried many other car hire companies in Chester and Enterprise are definitely the best! Fantastic company, fabulous service! Thank you.

Excellent, friendly customer service made it very easy to hire a van to move home. Plus got a free upgrade on the day to a bigger van. Would definitely recommend to others.

Unprofessional. Two lads stood having a chat. They spot you waiting. Eventually one asks the other if they want to go serve me, he says no, other says no. They then decide to shout over to say someone else will be with me in a bit. 

Place had a definite feel of a ‘lad’ culture. To the point that they’re on speakerphone saying “what you want me to do lad”. Two of them seemed most responsible, rest were ok. Shame, they’re usually far more professional. I think the guy was new ish or from another branch (27th March).

Chap who served me was grand.

They tried to tell me a Kia jeep was the same as a Range Rover Sport which in my book is boardering on deception and trades description. I felt conned and cheated and will never use your company ever again. You are boarding on being unlawful

A very friendly and professional service.  Every detail of the rental explained so I understood what I was signing.  Shown all the cars features before driving away. A great service with a smile upon collection and return.
