so this company writes to you to tell you that your vehicle agreement expires and that to "avoid additional costs' customers should get in touch. Ok fair enough - major issue is that their phone line has you sit in a queue for 15 minutes and then announces they cannot put you through and cuts you off........rubbish! Totally unacceptable customer service and a dishonest approach designed to extort money from customers.

ALD are the worst Leasing company I have had the misfortune to come across.

1. Nissan Navara 94K full maintenance contract, they refused to authorise a replacement fuel injector pump.
2.  Kia Sportage they would only authorise non Kia parts to replace the clutch.
3.  Another Kia Sportage would not authorise a replacement battery straight away telling driver it would take two days to get a battery.
