Absolute joke of a customer service! Now that they checking you against your address if you haven't lived at the address long then you wont get the car or you'd have to pay an extortionate amount! When I asked why I wasn't told at the time of my booking (made via phone) the member of staff laugh at me (he's lucky i'm not a violent person) which I found to be very rude and when I asked why he had nothing to say! The building is real grotty, there were two members of staff one was busy and other free but the busy one wanted to serve me and had me waiting while he was on the phone, solving another member of staffs problem and generally not interested me not sure if it was because I was black! but made me feel very unwelcomed!

Have used this office many times during the past 5 years always great customer service, quick and efficient. Also applies to the car return.
However this time I wasn't acknowledged when I arrived and just sat waiting for 15 minutes without being spoken to....strange behaviour I thought by the Indian fella.

After being rudely ignored by the staff there, who continued working while we stood there, the guy eventually decided to explain that we was waiting for an assessment of the car. We were then told there was damage on the car, and suddenly everyone was very interested. They excitedly pointed at the teeny tinyest little spec I have ever seen, and were told this is new damage. I actually laughed it was so tiny. He asked how it happened and I told him I couldn't possibly say, when I smudged it with my finger, most of it came off. 

They then started insisting I pay for the damage, which I simply told them pretty sure something that small could have been missed when it was given to me. So they out of nowhere just dropped it and said I could go... Whilst they asked me to give them 5 star feedback. Not a chance after this poor show of service!

Prestige cars at decent prices with a reasonable deposit will definitely hire from them again plus you get nectar points
