I am French, i am in England for 3 months and i hire a car every week-end, i use rentalcars app. I have already hire 5 times, without issues. Car are always clean, full tank, smell good. Staff is friendly.
Someone say that the black women is helpless and rude. But it's wrong. She is kind. I know that chinese are impolit, so maybe is the reason why !!

Hidden fees of 20£ to return the car on a Sunday. Essentially you are paying the cost of one day hire for what, put the keys in a box like with every other rental service? I hire cars regularly and for sure I am not using Europcar again.

Dreadful experience! I needed a car urgently and tried 5 different rental companies in Northampton but none had availability. Then called Europcar. Now they don't have phone number for branch but for central reservations. They confirmed vehicle was available and took my card details. I then called a taxi to pick me up and went to DVLA website to get my code (info that used to live on paper licence). I then get call from branch saying they don't have any vehicles by which time the taxi was outside my house to collect me. Why do companies insist on central reservation lines when we as customers want to speak directly to the branch? Will never use Europcar again!
