The staff at Kidderminster were polite, friendly and helpful, as I have always found enterprise staff. The car was ready and clean and there were no problems at all with the rental.

I was not collected(as requested) but had a call offering to pay for taxi. would have taken too long and more hassle to order a taxi (maybe they should have ordered a cab for me??), so I was dropped by a friend. I was not offered a discount(to pay for fuel). They need more parking spaces. Unsure where I would have parked my car if I had driven. Some confusion over deposit. one person said it was £1000 the other said it was £500. Had a lift back by a member of staff...nice lad, but drove too fast.

I needed a big commercial van to move my horses belongings to their new home. I arrived a few minutes early but the van was already ready for collection. the staff were friendly and efficient. On returning the vehicle, although there had been a staff change, they were all still friendly and helpful. If I ever need a hire vehicle again, I'll definitely be coming back

Very helpful and honest staff. I missed seeing a small chip on the windscreen but the staff member saw it and recorded it. Quick service at pick-up and return.

Brilliant my only complaint is the way you bully people with the Insurance. I care to hire a vehicle not to insure one as well.
