First class car arrived on time, Jack and Dan were very polite and courteous when they dropped it off and collected it. Staff very pleasant and helpful on phone, overall a perfect experience.
Staff are really approachable and friendly. Gemma and Jack made time for us. Hiring the van was easy, the whole process of payment explained and completed very quickly. Would definitely use them again. Thank you Jack and Gemma.
The car served us well, although it wasn’t the automatic we booked. We used the pre book in online and paid for the excess cover but none of this was ready for us when we arrived to collect so had to go through the whole process again. They even tried to charge us for the excess cover a second time.

Terrible Customer Service! After being told I was receiving a refund in 7-10 days due to the fact that I never actually hired a car in the end, but my card was charged. I waited 14 days and rang back. Answer: oh we will look into it and get back to you. 7 days later, I called and again had to explain everything and was told I would have it dealt with. 7-10 days later, called back. Answer: oh sorry we don't know what's happened? Well Wel again 7-10 days later and add another week. Still nothing! I would rather give it to the homeless than have a national company screw me out of money! Pay up! This review will cost you a hell of a lot more money than you owe me I can assure you. M Campbell Kidderminster 51 days later...Still refusing to pay up what they owe! Shocking!
I needed a big commercial van to move my horses belongings to their new home. I arrived a few minutes early but the van was already ready for collection. the staff were friendly and efficient. On returning the vehicle, although there had been a staff change, they were all still friendly and helpful. If I ever need a hire vehicle again, I'll definitely be coming back
