Cancelled my booking 2 hours before pickup after confirmation emails sent. Staff not apologetic or offering an alternate car from anywhere else. Awful customer service. Won't be using again.
If time and money is not an issue with you, Enterprise may still give you the service I used to admire and returned to many times. If however, you are in a state of uncertainty and stress, like for instance when you need a van to move or clear a house after the untimely death of a loved one, dont even try to find the entrance to the new offices of Malvern Enterprise. Or phone the distant land where their call centre is located. Horrible experience from start to finish, when I walked out on the verge of tears.
Very friendly and helpful staff especially Jasmin who ensures the process is quick and efficient. Would highly recommend the Malvern branch.
Small is beautiful, doesn't look much probably one of the best car hire outlets i have dealt with after issues with my insurance after an accident they made the experience less painful great service from having car booked out to booked in credit given where due.
