Stuart and the team were great, really good service had a long wait for the previous rental customer but was very well looked after. Although the van was quite old and had seen a lot of services, the rear doors were out of alignment and I didn't have a lot of confidence in the locking system. although it worked perfectly. The van was quite tired overall with missing wheel hubs and heavily stained seats etc. For the price it would have been nice if it had been in better shape or the price was lowered accordingly, it was quite disappointing although it got the job done.

Always courteous and polite. Always attentive and go out of their way to please. The good service I receive is a major reason for returning to Enterprise. Plus the value for money and hassle free renting.

Always professional and helpful. There was a new member of staff Alex Loveridge who I have known since he was very young, but he showed professionalism and dealt with me as he dealt with a previous client.
