Good service. Ony negatives were that there were no owners manual in the car. Also the headlights were switched off "auto". As a result, I ended up on the motorway at night without realising my light were not on. This is obviously pretty dangerous. Another driver had to flag me down. We then tried to urgently find where the switch was, travelling at speed. Suggest that making sure lights are switched to auto is on the check list each time before a car is rented out. Also our car did not have much fuel in it.

The van had barely enough fuel in it to reach a petrol station. Externally it was filthy particularly the mirrors, which are extremely important in a van. The excuse was they were short staffed! I was not offered any explanation of the controls or shown where the lights were for the cargo area before setting off.
The deposit for fuel (even though the van was empty and was to be returned empty) was taken from my card immediately but ‘would take 2-3 days’ to be refunded. Why?
My experience was a million miles from that portrayed in your gloss tv ad.

Very disappointed at the customer service side of things.  I reserved a car over four months before I needed it and requested a higher seated one no preference to model. I was assured at the time that this was not going to be a problem. Pick up day came and I arranged to be collected from home they phoned half an hour after agreed time - car wouldn't be ready for another four hours, no apology given.   Then told no high seated model available - again no apology. Accepted offered car - it was a lovely car, clean, tidy, almost new just not what I ordered.  Will go back to enterprise but will probably use another local branch.

The staff were awesome. disagree with them having sales targets but I guess it is good for business. Hidden deposit and I think I got upsold excess on insurance but it was poorly explained.Good van. Nice staff
