I booked my car online, which was easy to do and the next day Enterprise Stockton rang me up to confirm my booking telling me what I need to bring on the day. I think this is fabulous service.

It was Emily who dealt with my rental. She was friendly, professional and explained clearly all that I needed to know about driving the car and who to get in touch with in case of trouble. You are made to feel that secure in using Enterprise and that you have back up if needed.

They even offer to give you a lift to or from the Enterprise office.

The rest of the staff in Stockton are so friendly and welcoming too.

picked up car on schedule decided to upgrade model for more sporty vehicle all arranged no problem very happy with car and service.

As all ways staff are very good
My only problem is the price
Last week I paid 276 pounds
This week I paid £413

Great service from the staff start to finish but waiting around for an hour until the vehicle was ready wasn't great and getting handed a vehicle with hardly any diesel.

Staff very friendly and  explained things clearly. When returning the car they were very busy but didn't ignore me and kept acknowledging me whilst waiting. Staff very chatty and took and interest in the customer
