I took someone to pick up a rental car and found the staff to be friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful and didn't keep us waiting at all. Great service all round.

My only slight concern would be the parking outside the office, some of which is paid parking according to a sign, however it's not clear which parking spaces it applies to. Also, I couldn't even see a ticket machine to buy a ticket "just in case". No-one needs the extra expense of a parking ticket when picking up a rental car.
