My husband & I both hold Hertz Gold, but he's President's Level. So, he uses this location for every rental. They take better care of their cars & better personal service. I don't like it when the car is smoky inside. Staff are courteous and pleasant.

This location is s okay, not the best Hertz I've ever been to, but not to the worst either. The car we got didn't drive so well, like it didn't take off quickly when you're pulling out from a stop. Just did a slow roll. Kinda dangerous to be renting out a car like that.

I only gave this place a star so that I could write a post. The customer service was horrible! The manager was horrible! Sally, who is the agent at the desk has a BAD attitude. I was not pleased when I picked up the car and not very pleased when I dropped it off. The office was dirty and it smelled so bad in there. There was a line out the door and only one person working the desk. I’m NOT going back there. On the flip side, the District Manager was very accommodating.

Most unprofessional rental location I have ever had to do business with. Booked a van 40 days in advanced and got a call 2 days before pickup, letting me know they never had my vehicle and to cancel or getting charged. The lady working there was super unprofessional and didn't care about helping for a problem that they created.  Hertz, NEVER AGAIN!

Fantastic Service & People.  Very kind, KNOWLEDGEABLE & always seem to be on your side. Sally & Dillion were more than AMAZING. I would have been more stressed out if it was not for those two. Thank You

I had the best Hertz experience in this location. The customer service was outstanding. Sally, you are awesome!!! You made the transaction simple and smooth, and I couldn’t ask for anyone better. Also, thank you Jeff for making my rental extension easier to make when I needed it the most. I will definitely come back in the near future

Made a reservation for a mid size car tried to give me a compact car that could not fit our luggage.  Then tried to charge us twice the price for what we needed.  Will never go there again.  Enterprise all the way .

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived as another customer was being quite rude, and the staff handled the situation with grace. I should have gotten their names because the lady was on the phone with corporate and asked for one of the workers names to complain about her. Would definitely use Hertz again,

If I could give zero stars, I would! I made a reservation and went to the place and talked to the African American lady and she said there’s no cars available. So why tf was I able to reserve a car they didn’t have?! That lady also said that making a reservation isn’t an official thing??? How does that make any sense at all??

I had no problems getting my rental, the staff made the process fairly easy and quick to navigate. They appear have had an essential fleet of vehicle on the lot to cover most rental request i believe..i am of course no expert on such matters but i stand by my statement. The location is some-what off the beaten path but at the same time oddly auspicious and conveniently located in downtown stockton. I would recommend this business to friends.
