We had to wait for the car to be cleaned but it was an upgrade on what we ordered at the same price so we were very satisfied. I am confident in renting from Enterprise which isn't always the case with other rental companies because of their reasonable approach to ware and tare marks. Staff also very reasonable to deal with.

There were lots of hidden costs which were not explained to us prior to picking up the car. It came as a shock to have to pay an extra £40 on top of the agreed rental cost. When I was shopping around for car rentals I would have taken this into account and booked with another company which could have been cheaper. We almost walked away without the car when were due to pick it up, but in the end paid the excess. The staff were very polite at pick up and return however and we liked the actual car.

I been living in the UK for the last 9 years, owning a house and a car, having two british children and a british wife, and speaking clearly and accordingly, you still that filthy foreign that is totally untitled to rent a van. Great! You have lost a client! Making me feel welcomed in this still European system.

Hiring so easy. Needed a car at short notice and sorted over the phone and picked up hour and a half later. Great service. Polite professional staff. Thankyou
