Hired a van on Sunday only open for one hour so when taking back Sunday pm no one available to look over it as person in garage "not allowed" fair enough but obvious things could be noticed .went back Monday to get rest of deposit only to be told indicator cover was apparently missing and they hah had to take one of another van (off site) to send out Monday am NOT impressed as we definitely did not take this off but am annoyed at being charged as they obviously have a problem with loose covers on the van as the other one was stuck on with tape when picked up and was the same when rtd this apparently was because they couldn't get a cover in for Sunday for us to take the van out! Funny how the other side then disappeared . Don't mind paying if we had cracked it or something but we know we did not and if it just fell off somewhere that's not really our fault like I said funny other side not secure either maybe pressure Washing too hard or something Unfair charge I feel anyone else had this?

The best hire company I have used. And the mechanic in the workshop is really pleasant and helpful. They are very reasonably priced and give good honest service.

I hire a car from here whenever i need to travel for work. They are always very friendly. Competitive and helpful. Insurance is included within the hire. So dont be fooled by Enterprise as they have £1000 xs and talk you in to paying a load to lower the xs to £100. These guys are up front in their cost. No hidden extras.

Very pleased with them. Will return
