Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff is friendly but as a company bloody joke! Ive used a van previously and the one day hire came to over 400 pounds due to not being told that the congestion charge wasn't included when the company is based within the zone! I think it would be very appropriate to include the charge seeing the vehicles arent cheap either or at least make it very clear before hand!! So yeah 2 congestion charges not payed and got massive fine. So after years passing I thought let's give it a try again. Booked the van, walked there with my debit card, bank statements proof of address, drivers licence etc. And because my address didn't come up on their system they couldn't give me the van! I've booked vehicles with different companies previously and it was never a problem!! Great.. Got kids, business and a super tight schedule and really needed the van today and then it didn't work again.. So done with this company I'll never even consider booking with you again. I'd rather move my stuff with a wheelbarrow then give my money! Thank you

good branch. smiley people. Waiting area very small. No news paper, tea/coffee. But I like it and would use again.

Been using same branch for approx 10yrs and never had a bad experience. Would never use any other firm.

This company is I charge me on top for little scratch the van 1000£ the staff is very bad sheet I don't have idea how is to work I rent olso car and one lady like I ask me the car work with diesel but is not the car work with petrol very bad staff only to take the money to the people and fake smile only to take money very bad never bad service in enterprise never again never in enterprise in Brighton in New England road

This is the place you go if you LOVE hidden fee's. Started out from a online quote of £166 to arriving to collect the car to then have to pay a £200 deposit (no where quotes online that its £200) to then the receptionist trying to make me pay more for tyres and breakdown etc. I hadn't even left with the car yet! When returning the car I got a receipt and my £200 deposit put back on my card. THEN the price had gone from £166 to £214!!!!!!! Fee's I didn't even know nothing about had be charged to MY card without my consent prior to taking the car. I wouldn't recommend this place for a car hire, if the price seems to good to be true IT IS! Also the person who dropped me and my children home (the cleaner) I was told was the worst driver ever. I'm sure he was testing the breaks, the cars speed and hand break at the same time. I suggest making your own arrangements!
