My Family and I would like to express our sincerest gratitude to Anna & Tom for their help yesterday. Our car had broken down and we had been stuck for 4 hours whilst the AA tried to sort us out... we eventually had to get a hire car from Enterprise..... On arrival at the Enterprise depot in Kendal I was greeted by two lovely smiling friendly faces who were absolutely fantastic and instantly made me feel welcomed and valued.... more so it felt genuine !! Their “ it’s no trouble at all “ attitude, politeness , startling efficiency all wrapped up in a smiling package is rare to find these days.. Thank you Anna &Tom Best wishes

My wife and i rented a car in April 18, and we commend the warm, friendly and honest service from their staff, Christopher and the Branch Manager, William. If you are looking to rent a car in the Lake District area, this company is highly recommended.

Always very helpful and will pick up rail passengers from Oxenholme Station and deliver them back. Much better for South Lakes than Lancaster. The only major rental company with a full office in Kendal.

Excellent - friendly and helpful staff, easy going and taking the stress out of glitches (bank locked my card!). Got a nippy little Hyundai that was perfect for our needs. Lift home service was great. Will use this branch again.

Van had no diesel in when I arrived and I had to wait until it was filled. Van was declared unmarked on collection and the damage policy was explained to me and paper work signed. Upon return a different member of staff inspected the vehicle and apparently found damage (a small dent). He did not mention this to me, instead went into the office and asked another member of staff (the staff member who checked the van out) to overlook the vehicle again. He quickly pointed out that it was already there upon collection and I hadn't done the damage, although it was not marked on my collection paper. It was not explained to me what was going on and I had to ask why It was being double checked. I felt very anxious and nervous that I was being accused of damage that I know I did not cause and could not afford. Rather stupid because It spoiled the transaction and I left felling angry.
