Courtesy call before the hire to check booking and confirm hires. Further call the morning it was due back to confirm all was ok as they had a quick turnaround for the next hirer. Despite being run off their feet the branch staff were very friendly and efficient.

The manager and his staff were excellent. the introduction by the manager very friendly and efficient and the collection and return to our location was by two very pleasant members of his staff!!

Hired a van in August 2017. It is now nearly October and have still not had 2 day refund. 3 Emails sent and no response. Have always dealt with enterprise when hiring vehicles both cars and vans. Since being taken over by America service has drastically gone down hill.They have lost a valuable client.

Carl was very nice and helpful and showed me the computer systems like sport mode and lane assist. I've used before and one time they dropped me home afterwards which was a really nice touch. Will definitely use them again when I need to. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
