Whenever I need a van they are there to save me. Every van is in perfect condition. Customer service is 5 star. Also every rental I have had came clean in side and out. Excellent keep it up.

STAY AWAY !!Deposit cons, they will keep it , I've earned people on here already. Now look few months later few more be done over by the same. We hired a van from them, it last minute due to family death. It was a very emotional time specially when its a parent. Anyway dropped into the shop agreed a time and cost, went to get the van following day greeted by someone different who wasn't entirely sure and gave me a different cost to what was discussed on the day. He changed it and left a note for that guy. Wow on returning the van the guy was so rude disgusting manners over this pricing difference confusion, he greeted me saying" what happened the cost" and denied it. Conversations go heated has I asked please talk to properly. He had his clipboard and went straight to a tiny dent even though I challenged this. I did explain, the guy on that day checked the vehicle over to help us get out quicker before we came. I also did my quick check and point out a big scratches they was marked on the sheet I even pointed out the little micro dent/ scratch he said it's to small to be glassed has anything. Oh nooo he took all my deposit: I pleaded how could you do that and got a funeral to sort out. I sent a email never got nothing back so gutted has we had a long history of using them. What happened to that place; Because customer been treated fairs and no connned out of deposits At Enterprise they believe you shouldn’t be charged for fair wear and tear. They use a Damage Evaluator tool to ensure you are not charged for every little scratch or dent . If any dent, hole or scratch is smaller than the circles on our tool we won’t count it as the respective type of damage.

rented cars from them for about 5 months. The last car i rented from them, when I returned it they said there were some scratches on the tyres. I agreed with this and signed to say this was the case and I would pay it. They gave me a differnet car and i left. A couple of weeks afterwards I received a invoice from them saying I owe for various scratches on the car and a dent. I disputed this as I know that wasn't the case. They did the inspection 6 days after I returned the car so anything could of happened in that time! I asked for pictures of the damage and a receipt of repairs. He sent me pictures and they are ridiculous. It looks like they have put chalk on the car to make it look like scratches! He said he needs to wait to get a receipt. Today he rang me to say my hire was up and to either pay or return the car. I said I will pay until Saturday I have found a cheaper place to rent from and with him lying it has put me off renting from them He said that's fine and it would be £32. I paid this over the phone. Then I checked my bank and it says he's taken £32 and another payment for £330! I rang him up and he said he's taken it because I refused to pay the £500 for the repairs. This has left me with no money for essentials. If he believed I owed money for repairs he should of done things properly and gone down the legal route. Instead he just took the money out without my permission. He knows I've had to recently pay for my son's funeral and he does this. I have rent to pay and he's left me with nothing. My banks fraud team are going to investigate. Avoid!
