I required a car for work the next day and all the national chains could not help. This local business was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. It was easy to book and they were flexible to my needs. I can not rate them high enough.
Fantastic friendly service. Very reasonable prices. I hired a Luton van which was in fantastic condition and a joy to use. I got my car valleted while I was hiring the van and they did a superb job, haven't seen my car that clean in a long time. I will definitely use this business again.
Excellent people to deal with. I rented a Luton Box van at the Oswestry branch. It was in great condition, and it came at a fair price. The staff were very accommodating, indeed Susan went above and beyond in ensuring that the rental went ahead without any hitches. They even open for a short period on Sunday mornings, to ensure clients are not having to pay an extra days rental, something the bigger companies don't do! Will definitely use them again. Thank you.

Hired van with Tail lift. Cheerful staff, helpful, quick, honest and gave me an efficient service. Detailed induction to van controls. Van was clean, serviced and worked well. Prices the best I could find after long search. Would use them again without hesitation.

Hired a 7 seater from Ethels recently and they went out of their way to make it as easy as possible for us. A local hire company who care about their customers, a hassle free experience and a top spec car too! Highly recommended.
Needed a car on short notice whilst my car was being repaired and the team were very helpful. The team were all very welcoming and cheery and dealt with the paperwork promptly before showing me round the very well presented car a few months old I would guess. I dropped the car off early the following morning to the same enthusiastic welcome and they kindly gave me a lift to my ultimate destination. Skoda Fabia rented for a very reasonable price, can't complain. I have used national firms in the past and whilst they have been fine it is Ethel's that I'll be ringing first next time I need a vehicle.
