I rented a car for the evening for an emergency. The car I was given Had tracking or balancing issues, so it wobbled and shook the whole time. Because By the time I was seen to was closer to 5 rather than 4:30 the given time of collection When I discovered this issue, no one was in at the office to resolve this. I had to make a three hour journey with a dangerous vehicle because they hadn’t checked it properly . To add further insult When I gave the car back the next day, I left my phone holder in there and 10 minutes later, when I remembered, went to retrieve it, they had lost it. No sorry or compensation. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to rent a vehicle. I would’ve expected more from an Established company.

If I could give zero then I would.! What a shambles of a company. Booked several vans from this company. And EVERY time I have booked a van there has been some sort of issue.! I probably went wrong when I booked again the second, third, fourth and fifth time but unfortunately for me I don’t have another hire van/car company nearby unless I travel 40 minutes to use another company. Every time I have booked a van, they always cancel me to say they don’t have a van for me ALTHOUGH I phone through to hire a van and actually speak to a human that is manually booking the van out for me.! 5 times I’ve woken up the next morning to a voice mail to say we don’t have a van for you today at 9am!! And when I phone back to ask what the issue is this time they just blame the computer system. And tell me they physically do not have any vans available until maybe 4-5pm! The ONE time I actually had a van from them it was crying out for everything on the dashboard. And when asking the lady who came out to inspect the van prior to me leaving, she told me everything you wouldn’t want to hear. Tail lift not working and to take a screwdriver to pull it down.! Oil flashing low on dashboard apparently that’s what Mercedes vans do.! Crack all the way across the windscreen - apparently that’s fine and legal. Suspension fault, but that’s common and someone has looked at it and it’s fine. “No marks” on the van as it’s brand new, although the side of it looks as if it’s been involved in a bomb.! Absolutely pathetic.! And when you phone them to tell them how much your entire day plans are ruined because you no longer have a van, you just get told that there’s nothing they can do and that they are not there to listen to my complaint. If there’s one thing I have learned and that’s travel the extra milesssss to hire from a company that has vans to hire.!!! Stay away.!!!nnAnd please do not contact me to ask me to contact you about this as it won’t get me anywhere.!  You phone me after every booking for a review and shocked with what I have to say.! Waste of everyone’s time and card transactions.!!

As a regular customer of Enterprise, Carmarthen, I've consistently received good service. The team is professional and the cars are well-maintained. It's been a reliable choice for my car hire needs.

Not a good experience here. Booked car online to collect next day, travelling 40 mins by car to collect, I was called 15 minutes before collecting time to say there is no cars at all, nothing! And so they was cancelling reservation. Sadly this means refund will take upto 10 working days!nTried again few days later speaking to the call centre, women I booked with was adamant there would be a car for me. Booked in again, 10 minutes later, phone call that its being cancelled no cars again.nWas told to speak to customer service who reel off a script on how sometimes there is double booking online/on phone... told carmathen doesn't update the system of what cars are in and out.nTerrible experience.nIf you can hop on the train to Cardiff branch! I highly recommend these!nBecause Swansea and Llanelli was also terrible to deal with, none answering phone and all cancelling bookings.

Carmarthen branch are a complete shambles. Booked a van a week in advance and they phoned me up at 5:30 the night before the hire and told me that their computer system couldn't approve the hire but they didn't know why and couldnt do anything about it. The guy on the phone told me that they are not allowed to make any decisions, they just do what the computer tells them too.nSound like they need a better computer system.
