I hired a box van with a tail lift to collect some furniture. The van was really good and perfect for the job. Staff are very nice and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service as always. We've hired several vehicles from here over the years. The service is excellent,  the staff friendly and nothing is to much trouble.  Wouldn't go anywhere else in this area.

Went to Enterprise in Carmarthen. 5 men in the cabin, 3 eating on front desk no professionalism and miserable. No helpful at all couldn’t rent a van due to them saying the check failed as there was outstanding balance in my credit card but I explained I’ve never owned a credit card and offered to pay upfront. He said this wasn’t possible but couldn’t explain or help. Didn’t feel welcome there. Would never return.

I didn't book directly with the company myself as it was all booked through my work however I could not fault the service I received from Enterprise in Carmarthen at all. The communication and staff I've dealt with have all been fantastic from the person on the phone, to the person who dropped off and collected the car, had all been amazing. The car was in perfect condition, it did have slight low tyre pressure on the back passenger side but not an issue after topping it up and was fine since. These things happen so can't fault the team. Would definitely use them in future myself if needed.

Very good quality service. Super helpful and efficient staff. Quick delivery and easy collection. Great car. Perfect experience really.
