Shocking customer service. Takes £300 to hire a car off them. While advertising the car is in stock. Phoned me 5 minutes before I’m meant to collect the car to say they don’t have any cars and can’t help. It will take 7 days for the money to come back to me. It’s not good enough I now have to spend another £300 somewhere else to get a vehicle.  Shocking customer service couldn’t be arsed to check other branches. Quick enough to take your money but can’t provide the goods

Branch Manager was exceptionally attentive… This weekend we hired a Luton Van with Tail Lift from the Llanelli Branch of Enterprise.  As an experienced Operations Manager, I know how service delivery can be impacted due to circumstances out of everyone's control. We initially had requested a Mercedes Sprinter, but chose to upgrade to the Luton to save on fuel and this resulted in a delay to us receiving the van; however, the service we received from the Branch Manager Alexander Marchant was second to none. He was well presented, charming and attentive, whereby he demonstrated the vehicle and all of it's features, advised me in relation to optional services, and gave additional advice from his own experience in driving a similar vehicle. Also, he demonstrated a genuine interest in our use of the vehicle, remembering previous conversations etc.  Upon returning the vehicle this morning, Alexander was again attentive, efficient and well presented, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is a real asset to the branch as it's manager, and to Enterprise as a whole. Asking how the house move went and as a result of his customer service alone, next time I need to hire a vehicle for personal or work purposes, I will be using the branch at Llanelli!

My car had to be taken to the garage awhile back, desperately needed to hire a car, after a quick search in Google found Enterprise who were local so visited their branch in Llanelli,  very friendly and professional staff, I can't thank the Branch Manager Alex & Sal enough thanks guys! Will always use your company and would highly recommend your vehicle hire services :

The vehicles and general customer service are good, BUT BEWARE, don't get get caught in a bus lane or speeding. The fine gets sent to Enterprise and they will zap you with a very hefty admin charge for the privilege of forwarding you the fine. This gets taken automatically from your bank as they have your card details.

Booked a box van with tail lift for 12th October. Despite receiving confirmation and completing an online log in prior to collection, i had a phone call the day before to say the vehicle with the tail lift was not available but, one without the lift was. When i arrived to collect the box van, it tuned out the only van they had was a Panel van instead which was no use to me. I was then told that the correct van would be available later that day. However, later in the day i received another call to say that the replacement vehicle would not be available after all. ;Lastly, despite my paying upfront for the van, i was told it would take 10 days to get a refund !

The team at Llanelli are to be commended. They have kept me informed over the last 48 hours of when to expect a car. Today they went the extra mile, delivered my car and made the whole process uncomplicated and straightforward. I would without hesitation recommend Enterprise, your customer service is excellent, and my hire car is just what I need for the next couple of weeks. Many thanks all. Kind regards  Beverly Rees

Had a courtesy car at the beginning of lockdown in March. Service was amazing, dropped off car to address, walked me around the car while social distancing, had the car longer as expected due to the lockdown. Really friendly and polite service. Would definitely recommend

Great service friendly staff highly recommended

Don't trust this company A family member of mine had a car of them after he was in a accident the first car they give him a member of staff walked around the car to do the checks necessary and filled in the paperwork, that car was faulty it would not lock so they replaced the car. The second car he had they did not check for dents scratches and so on. He was then told to drop car of in the garage and collected his car there was no member of staff from enterprise there to check the car with customer then 24 hours after droping car of they start  a claim saying there was a dent by fuel tank. The staff there are rude and unprofessional and got wrong attitude,  people use this company after being in accidents and are stressed enough they get dipstick employees who can't do there jobs properly trying to rip you off. Not worth the hassle rent a car somewear else. The car was in good order going back and was looked after. Pity this joke for a company couldn't be the same with its customers. Wish i could give 0 stars for bunch of con men.

To repeat the previous comments, the pick up was friendly and very helpful. I originally declined the extra insurance but was advised because of their previous experience that it only covers cars, which was 100% correct. There were a few things about closing doors on the van and these were carefully explained as I was not used to vans to avoid any accidental damage. I was leaving my car at the location and for extra security the guys said I could park in the secure car park at the back, which gave me extra peace of mind. And when my return was delayed by storm Doris they were very understanding.
